Terms & Conditions

1. Please treat our Catalouge and Pricelist as quotation.

2. All the rates are ex-workshop, Varanasi.

3. VAT is charged as applicable on all the apparatuses/Clock/watches @ 5% extra.

4. Packing, forwarding, carriage and courier charges will be charged @ 10% extra (Rs. 500/- minimum).

5. Orders below Rs. 2000/- will be sent STRICTlY through COD ( Cash on delivery basis).

6. Payment of bills will be consignment-wise.

7. Sales subject to Varanasi jurisdiction.

8. Students must order through the heads of the institutions or supervisors who should certify that materials will be used with care and under their supervision.

9. We expect payment to be received with in a month of the date of bills. In case of delay, interest will be charged @ 24% p.a. Payments must be made in cash or by a demand draft/cheque payable at Varanasi.

10. Our banker are Bank of Maharashtra, Sigra Varanasi branch, Rupa Psychological Centre, A/c no. 60078895963, IFSC code MAHB0001290 MICR Code 221014003.

11. Order should be placed on offical stationary duly authorised and documented.

12. Mention the exact name, number of items and description of the materials as are printed in this catalouge.

13. Give complete mailing and billing instructions and also the nearest city’s name with adequate information of your bankers through whom delivery would be managed by us.
